乳制品制造企业在乳制品供应链上处于核心和支配地位,探索如何实现乳制品质量安全是乳制品供应链的重点问题。文章以乳业合作社为研究主体,以乳业合作社为中心构建乳制品业供应链,运用博弈论的方法从有无乳业合作社的两个层面构建静态博弈模型,探究乳业合作社在乳制品质量安全方面的重要作用。结论显示,乳制品供应链上,乳业合作社可以减少企业和奶农的信息不对称状况以及降低双方交易成本,有利于乳制品质量的提升。
Dairy manufacturing enterprises in the dairy supply chain at the core and dominant position to explore how to achieve dairy product quality and safety of dairy products supply chain is the key issue. In this paper, dairy cooperatives as the main body of the study, the dairy cooperatives as the center to build the dairy industry supply chain, the use of game theory from the two levels with or without dairy cooperatives to build a static game model to explore dairy cooperatives in the quality and safety of dairy products is important effect. The conclusion shows that in the dairy supply chain, dairy cooperatives can reduce the information asymmetry between enterprises and dairy farmers and reduce the transaction costs of both parties, which is in favor of improving the quality of dairy products.
