1.现用转子材料的持久极限和开发目标对蒸汽温度为538℃及566℃的高压转子、中压转子的材料来说,1%Cr-1.25%Mo0.25%V钢(下面称CrMoV钢)得到了广泛采用。持久强度优于CrMoV钢的转子材料有:美国开发的添加Mo、V、Nb、N的12%Cr钢和日本开发的添加Mo、V、Ta、N的12%Cr钢。这些钢已在日本的70万千瓦和100万千瓦汽轮机中压转子,50~60万千瓦汽轮机高中压转子,蒸汽温度为566℃的大容量机组中使用,并已有十年以上的运行经验。
