根据苏联资料,安装大跨径(净跨20米)钢筋混凝土桥主梁用导梁法施工时,要采用制造复杂的钢桁构式导梁。这在一般工地皆难实现。1963年鞍钢生产了55号(即高55厘米)的大型工字钢,我们直接使用这种工字钢作导梁,成功地安装了多孔净跨20米的大梁。把它作成装配式后,可以安装20米以内的任何跨径装配式梁,从而使导梁的制造简化,成本大大降低。导梁用四根55号工字钢组成,每根长22.0米,与主梁同长,由进场工字钢(长11米以内)焊接或螺拴连接而成。每两根间隔60厘米,相互用5×5角钢作水平横跨和斜撑焊连在一起。横撑每1.7~1.9米上下
According to the Soviet Union, the installation of large-span (20 m net span) reinforced concrete bridge girder construction by the guide beam method, the use of complex manufacturing of steel-truss beam guide. This is difficult to achieve in the general site. In 1963, Anshan Iron and Steel produced No. 55 (55 centimeters) large I-beam. We used this type of I-beam as the guide beam and successfully installed the multi-span beam with a net span of 20 meters. After it is fabricated into an assembly, any span assembly beam within 20 meters can be installed, thus simplifying the manufacturing of the guide beam and greatly reducing the cost. The guide beam is made of four No. 55 I-beams, each measuring 22.0 meters in length and of the same length as the main girder. It is welded or bolted from the incoming I-beam (within 11 meters in length). Every two intervals of 60 cm, with each other with 5 × 5 horizontal angle for horizontal and diagonal brazing together.
