长期以来,由于我校地理位置偏远,办学条件落后,教育资源匮乏,师资结构参差不齐。学校办学规模小,教师年龄结构严重分化,部分教师业务水平较低,他们没有一种乐学善思、奋斗进取的品质精神,导致教育教学质量滑坡明显,让社会各界堪忧。针对这些情况,柏果小学领导班子加强规范管理,着力建设师资队伍,狠抓教学质量。学校除了坚持教师轮流坐庄的周教研课推门听课,请进来,走出去,月教研活动外,校本培训再出新招——帮教促教。
