目的探讨和分析黄连解毒汤合五味消毒饮加减治疗急性感染性心内膜炎(AIE)的临床疗效。方法此次研究选择我院在2014年12月至2016年12月期间收治的98例急性感染性心内膜炎患者作为研究主体,按照患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组,每组各49例患者。甲乙两组患者均进行常规治疗,并通过头孢替唑钠进行抗菌治疗,甲组患者加黄连解毒汤合五味消毒饮加减治疗,对比甲乙两组患者的治疗效果、IL-6水平、CRP水平、ESR水平。结果甲组患者治疗有效率高于乙组患者,差异对比存在统计学意义(x~2=5.018,P=0.025)。甲组患者的IL-6水平、CRP水平、ESR水平均高于乙组患者,差异对比存在统计学意义(t=4.037、5.801、5.499,P=0.000)。结论在急性感染性心内膜炎的治疗中,黄连解毒汤合五味消毒饮加减治疗的临床效果很好,提高了患者的治疗有效率,并明显改善了患者的血清炎症因子和血红细胞沉降率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the curative effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Wuwei Disinfection Decoction in the treatment of acute infective endocarditis (AIE). Methods The study selected 98 patients with acute infective endocarditis treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 as the main body of study and divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission Cases of patients. A and B both groups were routinely treated with ceftezole sodium antibacterial treatment, patients in Group A plus Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined flavonoids disinfection treatment, comparing the two groups of patients with treatment efficacy, IL-6 levels, CRP levels , ESR level. Results The treatment efficiency of patients in group A was higher than that of patients in group B, the difference was statistically significant (x ~ 2 = 5.018, P = 0.025). The level of IL-6, CRP and ESR in group A were higher than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant (t = 4.037, 5.801, 5.499, P = 0.000). Conclusions In the treatment of acute infective endocarditis, the clinical effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Wuwei Disinfection Decoction is very good, which improves the treatment efficiency of patients and significantly improves the serum inflammatory cytokines and erythrocyte sedimentation rate Rate, worth promoting.
