新能源产业是我国未来经济发展新的增长点,在经济新常态背景下,亟须着力扩大新能源民间投资,发挥好新能源产业对经济增长的促进作用。通过对我国近期新能源民间投资的第三方评估,可深入剖析当前制约新能源民间投资的因素。建议从完善新能源补贴机制及配套政策、拓宽融资渠道、加大税收优惠、推进简政放权、消除歧视性障碍等方面着手,全面提振新能源民间投资信心。
The new energy industry is a new growth point for China’s future economic development. Under the background of the new normal economy, it is imperative to focus on expanding private investment in new energy sources, and to play a good role in promoting the growth of new energy industries. Through the third-party assessment of China’s recent new energy non-governmental investment, we can in-depth analysis of the current constraints of new energy private investment factors. Suggestions should be taken to improve the new energy subsidy mechanism and supporting policies, broaden the financing channels, increase tax incentives, promote decentralization, and eliminate discriminatory obstacles, so as to fully boost the confidence of new energy private investment.
