眺望2017年,从国际看,国际石油市场和金融市场动荡不稳,全球贸易持续低迷,经济全球化阻力增加,世界经济复杂性、不稳定性、不确定性进一步凸显。从国内看,我国经济发展仍将面临诸多困难和挑战,经济稳定运行的基础尚不牢固,区域和行业走势持续分化,经济下行压力依然较大,一些金融风险正在累积;石油需求仍将疲弱,大幅拉动石油需求的动力不足。综合国内外宏观环境变化,石油石化行业仍将面临巨大挑战。2017年1月中旬,国内主要石油石化企业相继召开年度工作会议,正确理解和解读工作会议报告关键词,对于洞察和明晰石油石化企业战略支点、业务优化调整和改革攻坚方向具有重要意义。
Looking forward to 2017, from an international perspective, the international oil market and financial market are turbulent, global trade continues to be sluggish, economic globalization has increased resistance, and the complexity, instability, and uncertainty of the world economy have further highlighted. From the domestic perspective, China’s economic development will still face many difficulties and challenges. The foundation for stable economic operation is still not solid. Regional and industry trends continue to diverge. Economic downturn pressure remains high, some financial risks are accumulating, and oil demand will remain weak. The driving force for drastically pulling oil demand is insufficient. Comprehensive macro and environmental changes at home and abroad, the oil and petrochemical industry will continue to face enormous challenges. In mid-January of 2017, the major domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises successively convened annual work conferences to properly understand and interpret the key words of the work conference report, which was of great significance for gaining insight into and clarifying strategic fulcrums of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, business optimization adjustments and reforms.
