有着长期德治传统的中国却在市场经济大潮面前出现道德滑坡。人们对目前社会上诚信缺失的危害深有同感,期望尽快改善,但对如何进行诚信建设普遍缺乏信心。诚信建设是靠政府、靠制度规范,还是靠思想教化、靠文化建设?诚信是实现社会治理的前提,居民在诚信建设中该有何作为?围绕这些问题我们组成课题组展开调研。调研过程中深深感到诚信建设应是一个多方力量共同参与的过程,诚信社区建设不仅必要,而且迫在眉睫。作为社会诚信的组成部分,诚信社区建设需要与社会治理创新密切结合,把诚信社区作为促进社会治理的着力点。
China, which has a long tradition of virtue, has seen a moral decline in the face of the tide of market economy. People share the same feelings about the harm the lack of integrity in the community and expect to improve as soon as possible. However, there is a general lack of confidence in how to conduct good faith construction. Honesty is to rely on the government, rely on the system norms, or rely on the idea of education, relying on cultural construction? Honesty is the premise of social governance, residents in the integrity of the construction of what? On these issues, we formed a research group to carry out research. During the course of the research, I deeply felt that the construction of honesty and trustworthiness should be a multi-force process of joint participation. Integrity and community building are not only necessary but also urgent. As an integral part of social integrity, the building of honest community needs to be closely integrated with social governance innovation, and the honest community should be the focal point for promoting social governance.
