为了揭示焊接半封闭现场有害气体分布特点,建立了某焊接实习车间计算机模型,基于零方程湍流模型,在自然对流和混合对流的条件下,对焊接过程中产生的CO气体在车间内的流动状态进行了数值模拟;文中详细分析了不同排风速率和工作焊机数量条件下,CO气体浓度场在车间内的分布规律;研究表明焊接工位区间内距离地面0.6~1.5 m的区域内CO浓度较高;对应于不同焊机工作数量,有必要实时调整排风口数量,此外厂房结构非对称也会影响CO浓度分布;研究结果不仅能够评价厂房结构和通风系统的优劣,而且能够为进一步施行有害气体检测及报警策略设计提供了理论依据。
In order to reveal the distribution of harmful gases in semi-closed field, a computer model of welding practice workshop was set up.
