当今世界,城市贫困问题无疑已经成为很多城市经济发展过程中的绊脚石。天津市作为我国四大直辖市之一,在其改革开放和经济发展的过程中,城市贫困问题也日益凸显出来。本文从绝对规模和相对程度两个角度来分析天津市城市贫困问题的严重程度,并在此基础上,分析天津市城市贫困家庭的消费特征,以此作为研究解决天津市城市贫困问题对策措施的基础。
In today’s world, urban poverty has undoubtedly become a stumbling block in the economic development of many cities. As one of the four major municipalities in China, Tianjin has become increasingly prominent in urban poverty during its reform and opening up as well as its economic development. This paper analyzes the severity of urban poverty in Tianjin from the perspective of absolute size and relative degree, and on this basis, analyzes the consumption characteristics of urban poor families in Tianjin as a countermeasure to solve the problem of urban poverty in Tianjin basis.
