作者报道1979年10月～1988年1月101例进行自体骨髓移植(Auto-BMT)的恶性淋巴瘤患者,包括何杰金病20例,非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)79例,恶组病2例。其中3例为耐药性NHL,初次完全缓解(CR)后,23例从未CR,75例系CR后复发。耐药性复发或第3次缓解者列为进展型淋巴瘤,化疗敏感的复发或第1、2次CR后行Auto-BMT者为较少
The authors reported 101 patients with malignant lymphoma who underwent autologous bone marrow transplantation (Auto-BMT) from October 1979 to January 1988, including 20 cases of Hodgkin’s disease, 79 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), and the worst group. 2 cases. Three of these patients were drug-resistant NHL. After the initial complete remission (CR), 23 patients had no CR and 75 patients had relapse after CR. Patients with relapse of drug resistance or third remission were classified as progressive lymphomas, who had chemotherapy-sensitive relapses or who had Auto-BMT after the first and second CR.
