俄罗斯天然气工业发展战略的主要目标是最有效地综合利用俄天然气资源以振兴俄罗斯经济。为此,俄将加快气田开发,进一步扩建管网和储气设施,提高城市、农村的气化水平,并把天然气作为有竞争力的发动机燃料加以开发和利用,到2010年使天然气在俄能源消费构成中的比重提高到55％。此外,俄还将增加天然气出口量,使天然气工业股份公司在参与国内外天然气经营活动的过程中提高经济效益,在国内及欧洲天然气供应系统中发挥积极的作用。
The main goal of the development strategy of the Russian natural gas industry is to make the most effective use of Russian natural gas resources in order to revitalize the Russian economy. To this end, Russia will accelerate the development of gas fields, further expand the pipeline network and gas storage facilities, raise the level of gasification in cities and rural areas, and develop and use natural gas as a competitive engine fuel. By 2010, natural gas will be used for energy in Russia. The proportion of consumption components has increased to 55%. In addition, Russia will increase the export volume of natural gas so that the Natural Gas Industry Corporation will increase its economic efficiency in the course of participating in domestic and foreign natural gas business activities and play an active role in the domestic and European natural gas supply systems.
