编辑同志: 我以不平静和气愤的心情向您反映:今年3月末,我商店承包给一个名叫张晋友(非党群众)的职工,实行“国有民营”的承包形式。张晋友在到任一个多月后,就以后勤人员多等为借口把党支部给撤销了,三言两语就把支部书记打发回家了。这是什么行为?让人不能理解。
