加强职业学校教师师德师风建设是职业学校发展的重要保证,也是国家和社会对教师职业精神的基本要求。针对当前职业学校师德师风建设的现状,本文以四川仪表工业学校为例,围绕教师主要工作,以对工作、对学生和对自身的工作态度为出发点,剖析教师思想问题产生的主观和客观原因,在改善条件、完善制度、树立典型等方面给出加强教师师德师风建设的对策。
Strengthening the Construction of Teachers ’Professional Ethics in Vocational Schools is an Important Guarantee for the Development of Vocational Schools and a Basic Requirement for Teachers’ Professionalism by the State and Society. Aiming at the status quo of the construction of ethics and morality in current vocational schools, taking Sichuan Instrument and Industrial College as an example, this dissertation focuses on the main tasks of teachers and analyzes the subjective and objective aspects of teachers’ ideological problems based on the work, students and their attitudes toward themselves. Reason, to improve the conditions, improve the system, establish a typical and so on to give teachers to strengthen the building of teacher ethics countermeasures.
