我院于1980年元月30日收治1例发作性心绞痛患者,其特点符合Prinzmetal 于1959年报告变异型心绞痛特征。本例除有典型的变异型心绞痛心电图外,还伴有暂时性异常Q 波及窦性心动过缓。鉴于此类型的变异型心绞痛在治疗上有其特殊性,故予报道,并结合文献复习对其发病机理略作讨论。患者梁××,男性,46岁,已婚,外科医生,陕西人,住院号125780。因阵发性心前区憋痛伴心慌气短四十天于1980年元月30日入院。
