以松脂为原料、酸改性膨润土为催化剂进行松脂催化反应及其产物特性研究。采用XRD和IR技术对原土和酸改性膨润土进行表征,探讨催化活性机理。利用GC-MS分析方法确认反应体系组成,反应产物挥发油的主成分为对伞花烃,其他成分为对孟烯、异莰烷和紫罗烯等;反应产物非挥发油主要由芳香烃、烷烃、环烯烃、酮类及酯类组成;反应历程及机理的初步探讨显示萜烯部分主要发生异构、歧化和重排等反应,树脂酸部分的反应主要包括脱羧、脱氢、碳-碳键、碳-氢键断裂和分子重排等;松脂非挥发油主要性能指标基本达到相关的石化柴油和生物柴油标准。
Using rosin as raw material and acid-modified bentonite as catalyst, rosin catalyzed reaction and its product characteristics were studied. The XRD and IR techniques were used to characterize the original soil and acid-modified bentonite, and the catalytic activity mechanism was discussed. The composition of the reaction system was confirmed by GC-MS analysis. The main components of the volatile oil of the reaction product were p-cymene and the other components were p-menthane, isodine and ionene. The non-volatile oil of the reaction product mainly consisted of aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, The results showed that the main part of terpene was isomerization, disproportionation and rearrangement. The reaction of resin acid mainly included decarboxylation, dehydrogenation, carbon-carbon bond, Carbon-hydrogen bond cleavage and molecular rearrangement, etc .; the main performance indicators of non-volatile oil rosin basically reached the relevant petrochemical diesel and biodiesel standards.
