严肃对待领导批示的落实

领导批示是领导者实施领导行为的一种常用的较为便利和快捷的手段和方法。领导批示也是一种具有高度针对性、时效性和约束力的特殊公文,作为承办者及有关部门和单位是必须认真落实的。然而,在一些地方和单位,也出现了领导批示特别是关于群众来信来访的批示难以落实的现象。这种现象的出现与存在,对领导的权威和政令的畅通,造成不良的影响。对此,我们务必引起高度重视,认真研究解决。

Leadership instruction is a commonly used and convenient means and method for leaders to implement leadership behavior. The leading instructions are also special documents that are highly targeted, time-sensitive and binding, and must be carefully implemented by the contractors and relevant departments and units. However, in some places and units, there has also been a phenomenon in which the directives of the leaders, especially those concerning letters and visits by the masses, are difficult to implement. The emergence and existence of this phenomenon have an adverse effect on the leadership authority and the smooth flow of government decrees. In this regard, we must pay great attention to serious study and resolution.
