我车间1台使用多年的推土机,其提铲缸关节轴承出现破损现象。若不使用专用工具,更换非常困难,而且易造成关节轴承的损坏。关节轴承由内圈和外圈组成,内、外圈之间的滑动面为球面,外圈与轴承座为过盈配合。安装或拆卸关节轴承时,必须将压入或取出力垂直作用在关节轴承的外圈端面上,方可完成关节轴承的安装或拆卸工作。若压入或取出力作用在关节轴承的内圈上,易使其滑动的球面出现偏斜,无法完成关节轴承的安装或拆卸工作,有时甚至将关节轴承击碎。

If the press-in or pull-out force acts on the inner ring of the joint bearing, the spherical surface that slides easily tends to be skewed to complete the installation or disassembly of the joint bearing, and sometimes the joint bearing is crushed.
