1.老式油门摇臂总成的缺陷老式油门摇臂结构比较简单,主要由滚子1、摇臂2、弹簧3和支座4组成,如图1所示。老式油门摇臂依靠油门踏板与滚子1滑动接触,驱使摇臂克服弹簧的作用力逆时针转动,从而带动油门拉杆往复运动,以控制发动机转速。老式油门摇臂安装在变速器壳体上,摇臂2从油门踏板下部的前盖板伸出。长期使用老式油门摇臂,我们发现其存在一些缺陷,具体表现在以下4个方面:一是支座需要安装在变速器壳体上,承受发动机产生的振动力较大。摇臂2从与前盖板伸出时,一旦摇臂2与支座4上的安装轴间隙过大,很容易与前盖
1. The old throttle lever assembly defects Old throttle lever structure is relatively simple, mainly by the roller 1, rocker arm 2, spring 3 and bearing 4, as shown in Figure 1. The old-fashioned accelerator pedal relies on the accelerator pedal to make sliding contact with the roller 1 to drive the rocker arm to rotate counterclockwise against the spring force so as to drive the throttle lever to reciprocate to control the engine speed. The old throttle arm is mounted on the transmission case and the swing arm 2 extends from the front cover of the lower part of the accelerator pedal. Long-term use of the old throttle rocker, we found that there are some shortcomings, specifically in the following four aspects: First, the bearings need to be installed on the transmission housing, bearing vibration generated by the larger engine. When the rocker arm 2 extends from the front cover, once the clearance between the rocker arm 2 and the mounting shaft on the support 4 is too large, it is easy to connect with the front cover
