军委办公厅最近颁发了《中国人民解放军机关公文处理条例》,南京军区即用一周时间,以集训的形式组织学习贯彻.来自全区11个单位职能部门和军区司、政、后机关的39名同志参加了集训.军区司令部领导作了开训动员,并对全区各级机关贯彻执行《条例》提出了要求.参训人员认真学习《条例》,结合实际剖析机关现行公文中存在的问题,听取机关公文处理工作辅导,初步掌握了《条例》的内容,为7月1日起正式执行《条例》打下了良好的基础.
The CMC General Office recently issued the Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) organs, and the Nanjing Military Region immediately used the time of one week to organize the study and implementation in the form of training camps. From 39 functional departments in the unit and the division, Comrades participated in the training and the leaders of the military command made a training and mobilization exercise and put forward requirements for implementing the “Regulations” at all levels and organs in the region. The trainees conscientiously studied the “Regulations” and analyzed the problems existing in the official documents of the authorities , Listening to the official documents processing work counseling, initially mastered the “Regulations”, for the July 1 from the official implementation of the “Regulations” laid a good foundation.
