目的:探讨公共活动场所行业经济收入状况对卫生安全管理工作的影响,阐述提高卫生安全管理及公共活动场所卫生质量的对策。方法:随机抽取市区内公共活动场所行业249户。对其经济收入状况、考核指标符合要求应投入的经费及履行《公共活动场所卫生管理条例》义务的情况进行调查。结果:全民单位经济收入状况由好到差依次为旅店业,美容业、理发业、浴池业、娱乐业和商场业,集体单位依次为美容业、旅店业、理发业、浴池业、商场业和娱乐业,个体单位依次为美容业、理发业、浴池业、娱乐业、旅店业和商场业。在卫生安全管理力度等同的条件下,经济收入状况较好的经营者履行《公共活动场所卫生管理条例》义务的情况较好,反之较差。结论:公共活动场所行业经济收入状况的好坏,直接影响公共活动场所卫生质量。推行量化分级菅理制度,引入HACCP管理系统.加太监督执法力度,强化宣传教育,增强法制观念,加强企业自身管理,提高监督管理员素质,可减少经济收入状况对卫生安全管理工作的影响。
Objective: To explore the impact of economic income status of public places of activity on health and safety management, and to elaborate measures to improve health and safety management and hygiene quality of public places. Methods: 249 households in public places in the urban area were randomly selected. Investigate the status of their economic incomes, the assessment of indicators in line with the requirements should be invested and the fulfillment of obligations of Health Management Regulations for Public Places. Results: The income of all the people from good to bad was followed by hotels, beauty industry, barber industry, bathing industry, entertainment industry and shopping malls, followed by the collective unit of beauty industry, hotel industry, barber business, bath industry, shopping malls and industry Entertainment industry, individual units followed by the beauty industry, barber industry, bath industry, entertainment industry, hotel industry and shopping malls. Under the condition that the intensity of health and safety management is equal, the operators with better economic incomes perform better in their obligations under the Regulation on Health Management in Public Places, and vice versa. Conclusion: The status of economic income in the public activity places industry has a direct impact on the health quality of public activity places. The introduction of HACCP management system, plus supervision of law enforcement efforts to strengthen publicity and education, and enhance the concept of the rule of law, strengthen their own management, improve the quality of supervision and management, can reduce the economic status of the health and safety management on the impact.
