目的:初步鉴定宽叶菘蓝体细胞无性系植株的抗病突变体。方法:在一定浓度根腐病菌粗毒素的胁迫下诱导抗性植株。选取同一个无性系植株及其亲本进行随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析。结果:初步获得有抗性的植株,12个引物获得较为清晰的扩增谱带。其中大部分引物扩增产物无差异,但也有少部分引物扩增产物有差异。无性系植株的遗传背景一致性很好,但也发生了DNA水平的变异。结论:本项结果可为进一步鉴定宽叶菘蓝抗性突变体和分离抗病基因提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To initially identify disease-resistant mutants of Clonal plants of Brassica campestris plants. Methods: The resistant plants were induced under the stress of crude toxin at a certain concentration of root rot fungi. The same clones and their parents were selected for random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis. Results: The resistant plants were preliminarily obtained, and 12 primers obtained a clearer amplification band. Most of the primers showed no difference in amplification products, but there were also some differences in amplification products. The clonal genetic background of clones is very good, but variations in DNA levels also occur. Conclusion: This result can provide a reference for further identification of broadleaf blue-resistance mutants and isolation of resistance genes.
