目的观察一种衣物消毒洗衣露的杀菌效果及其毒性,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液和载体定量杀菌试验和毒理学试验方法,对该衣物消毒洗衣露杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果用含苯扎溴铵860 mg/L的衣物消毒洗衣露作用2.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>4.00。在同样条件下,该衣物消毒洗衣露对载体上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min,对白色念珠菌作用5 min杀灭对数值均>3.00。该衣物消毒洗衣露对小鼠经口急性毒性试验LD50值均>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性,一次接触动物完整皮肤刺激性试验结果为无刺激性。结论该衣物消毒洗衣露对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,属于实际无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激性。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a disinfectant laundry decontamination and provide a scientific basis for its practical application. Results The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the suspension was> 5.00 with the disinfectant detergent containing benzalkonium bromide 860 mg / L for 2.5 min, and the killing logarithm against Candida albicans> 4.00 . Under the same conditions, the sterilizing and washing detergents of the clothes disinfected Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 2.5 min on the carrier, and the killing logarithm value of Candida albicans for 5 min was> 3.00. The LD50 value of the oral disinfection washing lotion in mice was> 5000 mg / (kg · bw), negative for the micronucleus test of the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes, once in contact with the animal complete skin irritation test The result is non-irritating. Conclusion The clothes disinfection laundry detergent has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi. It belongs to the actual non-toxic substances and is not irritating to intact skin.
