当一个重庆人述说自己的家乡时,总不知从何处说起。环之有高山,盘之有云雾,不可语焉然。灵魂缺损的家乡,就像摔碎了的硬币。巴文化,不知何时被遗弃,也不知何时能被发现。或许是灵魂的驱使,又或是与它的感应,我就这样默默地寻找,寻找那失落的一隅。直至恍然大悟的时候,我才发现原来它在这里。重庆人的骨髓里流淌着的血液,那就是火锅。重庆用40度的热情孕育了火炉里的子子孙孙。火锅,红红火火,万物融于此而生鲜,重庆人熬于此而出世。火锅的包容,从容纳下山珍海味,到五谷粗粮;最后到包容整个巴渝文化。从来时的平静,到后来的翻腾,这才是火锅文化的本色。巴山的雄伟,壁立千仞;炙烤之下,仍是屹立不屈。巴渝之城沉默了几千年,忽的热闹起来。抗战时期的中国人民,从东北逃难到西南。来到重庆时,他们停下了脚步。重庆人的质朴与包容,让他们纷纷安住于此。没有人排斥,没
