网络传播档案信息是一把双刃剑,在给档案工作带来极大便利的同时,也使在网上传播的档案信息中的个人隐私受到了严重的威胁。文章从隐私权与网络隐私权的联系与区别入手,分析了网络环境下档案信息传播中隐私权保护面临的难题,并就隐私权的保护措施进行了探讨。
The dissemination of archival information on the Internet is a double-edged sword that brings tremendous convenience to archives work as well as poses a serious threat to the privacy of individuals in archival information disseminated online. Starting with the relationship between privacy and Internet privacy, the article analyzes the problems of privacy protection in the transmission of file information under the network environment, and discusses the privacy protection measures.
