通过对22例急性右室梗塞和22例急性左室梗塞进行对照分析。探讨了心电图、血流动力学和血清酶学对右室梗塞的早期诊断价值,总结了治疗经验并强调大量扩容和心室起搏的重要性。
Through the analysis of 22 cases of acute right ventricular infarction and 22 cases of acute left ventricular infarction. The diagnostic value of electrocardiogram, hemodynamics and serum enzyme on right ventricular infarction was discussed. The experience of treatment and the importance of mass expansion and ventricular pacing were summarized.
