第二汽车制造厂在建厂初期,就制订了瞄准国际先进水平,自力更生,大胆采用国内的先进技术,同时有选择地引进一些国外先进技术,走中国式汽车工业发展道路的方针。经过多年努力,初步建设起我国目前规模最大的汽车工业基地,从整体综合工艺水平来看,相当于国外六十年代水平,部分属于七十年代水平,个别属于当代囤际先进水平。党的三中全会以后,我厂结合本厂的实际,借鉴国外的经验,大力推行全面质量管理,
In the early stage of the establishment of the plant, the second automobile manufacturer formulated a guideline aiming at the international advanced level, self-reliance, boldly adopting domestic advanced technologies, and selectively introducing some foreign advanced technologies, taking the development path of the Chinese automobile industry. After years of efforts, China’s largest auto industry base has been initially constructed. From the perspective of the overall level of integrated technology, it is equivalent to the level of the foreign countries in the 1960s, some of them to the 1970s, and some of them belong to the advanced level of the modern world. After the Third Plenary Session of the party, our factory combined the actual conditions of the factory and learned from foreign experience, and vigorously promoted total quality management.
