露天开采境界有一个合理的界限。而经济合理剥采比是确定这个界限的控制性指标,经济合理剥采比的大小,决定露天开采与地下开采的比重。因此,经济合理剥采比的确定,是一个致关重要的问题。目前,确定经济合理剥采比的计算方法很多,意见也不统一。本文提出一个观点参加讨论,目的是寻求正确确定和合理应用经济合理剥采比的原则和计算方法。以便合理地圈定露天开采范围,多、快、好、省地开采地下矿产资源。一、对确定经济合理剥采比的建议
There is a reasonable limit to open pit mining. The economic rationality of stripping is to determine the control index of this boundary, the size of the economic rationality of stripping ratio, the proportion of open-pit mining and underground mining. Therefore, the determination of an economically reasonable expropriation ratio is a crucial issue. At present, there are many calculation methods for determining the ratio of economic and rational deprivation, and the opinions are not uniform either. This article presents a view to participate in the discussion, the purpose is to seek the correct determination and reasonable application of economic rationale stripping ratio principles and calculation methods. In order to delineate the scope of open-pit mining reasonably, the underground mineral resources should be mined more quickly, betterly and economically. First, to determine the economic rationality of stripping ratio recommendations
