黑启动是电力系统故障后迅速恢复的重要措施之一,本文对黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站机组黑启动的可行性和必要性进行了分析,并通过各黑启动电源的比较,确定了柴油发电机组作为黑启动电源的方案。
Black start is one of the important measures to recover quickly after power system failure. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of black start-up of Black Elk Pumped Storage Power Station, and compares the black start power, Unit as a black start power program.
