在现阶段中我国的中小河流治理工程施工过程中仍会面临着几个方面的问题,如整体性规划较欠缺、资金投入力度低下,防洪标准低下以及生态环境恶化等问题,为了使中小河流整体性规划工作的力度得到一定程度的提升;逐步在实际施工工作的过程中逐步构建出多渠道、多层次以及多元化的投融资机制;各中小河流治理工程项目在投入建设之前,应当遵循因地制宜原则,以当地中小河流实际情况及特点作为编制施工方案的依据,制定出适应性、规划得当的管理制度,使项目在防汛抗洪中发挥重要作用;致力于推广节水技术措施;科学合理的应用水资源;也应当让水污染治理工作的力度得到一定程度的提升,在此基础上逐步使得我国中小河流生态环境得到改善。
