1985～1993年,我院共收治结核性渗出性胸膜炎87例。男74例,女13例;年龄14～63岁,19～30岁者占73％。病程4～64天,平均21.3天。胸腔积液位于右侧52例,左侧35例;中、大量67例,小量20例;胸痛38例,发热(37.8～39.7℃,7～36天)63例,盗汗34例,呼吸困难4例。抽胸水73例,呈血性4例,草黄色69例。胸水白细胞数1.0×10~9～6.5×10~9/L,平均3.83×10~9/L,2/3病例淋巴细胞在90％以上,蛋白
From 1985 to 1993, 87 cases of tuberculous exudative pleurisy were treated in our hospital. 74 males and 13 females; aged 14 to 63 years old, 19 to 30 years of age accounted for 73%. Course of 4 to 64 days, an average of 21.3 days. Pleural effusion in the right side of the 52 cases, the left side of the 35 cases; a large number of 67 cases, a small amount of 20 cases; 38 cases of chest pain, fever (37.8 ~ 39.7 ℃, 7 ~ 36 days) 63 cases of night sweats 34 cases of dyspnea 4 cases. 73 cases of pleural effusion, was bloody in 4 cases, grass yellow 69 cases.
