例1:女,33岁。因左眼剧痛、异物感、畏光流泪2天入院。2天前患者出现在眼烧灼感.取出角膜接触镜后无改善。先后以中草药煎水外洗,醋酸可的松眼药水滴眼,并口服土霉素等,症状仍逐渐加重。体检:视力手动/眼前,眼睑高度肿胀,结膜混合充血,巩膜睫状压痛明显.角膜中央有直径6mm的圆形溃疡,上覆黄绿色脓性分泌物,房水尚清。入院诊断为绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡。即予局部频滴0.5％庆大霉素眼药水,散瞳,热敷,全身给予青霉素、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素,口服多种维生素等。2日后患眼分泌物培养出绿脓杆
