为了解肝炎患者的红细胞免疫粘附功能,我们采用郭峰等人建立的酵母花环法,对100例ALT升高的肝炎患者的红细胞C_3b受体活性及红细胞膜上吸附免疫复合物的情况进行了观察,并以32例正常人为对照。
