青工岗位求成才“五忌”

现代用工制度的建立,对青工的技术素质提出较高要求。据调查,绝大部分青工深感技术的份量,他们沉下心,埋着头,拚劲学,巧发挥,取得了可喜成绩。但是,由于有少部分青工走入误区,往往事倍功半。笔者认为,青工立足岗位求成才时应注意‘五忌’。

The establishment of a modern employment system puts forward higher requirements on the technical quality of young workers.
