新春伊始,万象更新。党的十六大为我们新世纪新阶段的工作指明了方向,广大党史工作者在学习贯彻十六大精神的过程中,需要密切联系党史工作实际,通过对新世纪新阶段开创党史工作新局面的思考,推动今后党史工作不断取得新进展,从而使党史战线学习贯彻十六大精神不断引向深入。笔者作为一名从事党史工作多年的老党史工作者,从深刻认识新世纪新阶段党史工作新的历史使命、继续坚持以“三个代表”重要思想统领资政育人的根本任务、大力发扬与时俱进精神积极推进党史工作创新、努力营造全社会关心重视和支持党史工作良好氛围等几个方面谈了对新世纪新阶段开创党史工作新局面的—些思考,相信读后对广大党史工作者深入领会十六大精神,做好新一年的党史工作会有很大启发。
