经济、文化、政治是构成一个国家综合竞争力的重要因素,文化更是一个国家的标志和符号,随着城市化进程不断加快,对城市文化发展水平提出了更高的要求。社区图书馆是城市文化水平的重要体现,将社区图书馆并入公共图书馆,实行联合借阅一卡通,实现图书资源的优势共享,对于方便群众阅读,打造联合便捷阅读平台具有重要意义。本文针对社区书屋并入公共馆联合借阅一卡通实务进行研究,首先介绍了鞍山市社区书屋管理现状,在此基础上分析了社区书屋并入公共馆联合借阅一卡通的必要性和可行性,最后提出了社区书屋并入公共馆联合借阅一卡通平台的工作思路与方法,社区书屋并网后的管理模式及注意事项等。
