目的:探讨早期教育及系统管理对福利院儿童生长发育的影响。方法:对2012年1-12月宁波市恩美儿童福利院接收的63例轻度智障或残疾的儿童实施早期教育及系统管理,管理6个月后采用中国儿童发育量表(Chinese Children’s Developmental Scale,CDCC)对儿童发育智商(Developmental quotient,DQ)、智能发育功能区进行评价。结果:管理后儿童体重增长(2.7±1.1)kg,身高增长(3.6±1.3)cm;管理后DQ、大运动、精细运动、语言、认知、社交能力评分均高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:早期教育及系统管理可促进福利院儿童体格、智力及运动能力的发展,促使儿童健康生长。
Objective: To explore the impact of early education and system management on the growth and development of children in welfare institutes. Methods: Sixty-three children with mild mental retardation or disability received from Ningbo Beauty and Child Welfare Center from January to December 2012 were enrolled in early education and system management. After six months of management, the Chinese Children’s Developmental Scale , CDCC) evaluated developmental quotient (DQ) and intelligent developmental functional areas. Results: After the management, children ’s weight gain was (2.7 ± 1.1) kg and height was (3.6 ± 1.3) cm. The score of DQ, big exercise, fine motor, language, cognition and social skills were all higher than those before management (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Early education and system management can promote the development of physical, mental and motor skills of children in welfare institutes and promote the healthy growth of children.
