目的:探讨提升海岛县级疾病防控机构卫生应急保障能力建设的措施。方法:对海岛地区玉环县级卫生应急工作进行归纳总结,并提出相应的探索性建议。结果:当前县乡级卫生机构普遍存在卫生应急能力建设进展缓慢、应对处理能力弱等问题。结论:应充分利用计算机网络技术,建立专门的卫生应急管理机构,强化应急专业人才培训,加强重点环节重点群体监测,提升卫生应急保障处置能力。
Objective: To explore measures to improve the health emergency support capability of island disease prevention and control agencies. Methods: To summarize the county health emergency work in Yuhuan area and to put forward corresponding exploratory suggestions. Results: At present, the health authorities at county and townships are generally experiencing slow progress in building health emergency response capability and coping with weak handling capacity. Conclusion: We should make full use of computer network technology to establish a special health emergency management agency, strengthen training of emergency professionals, strengthen the monitoring of key groups at key points, and enhance the ability of health emergency support.
