Objective To understand the health status of petrol operators and the impact of long-term exposure to gasoline on the health of workers in a petrochemical enterprise. Methods An occupational health examination was conducted on 654 petrol exposed workers in a petrochemical enterprise, and the results of the test were statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of high blood lipids was 29.97%, the detection rate of fatty liver was 22.63%, the abnormal detection rate of blood was 8.56%, the abnormal ECG detection rate was 8.56%, the detection rate of hypertension was 5.35% Urine routine anomaly detection rate of 7.03%. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension and electrocardiogram abnormalities in gasoline workers increased with age and seniority (P <0.05). The blood abnormalities and urinary abnormalities increased with age (P <0.05). The detection rate of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, abnormal blood and hypertension was statistically significant in different genders (P <0.01). Conclusion The detection rate of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, blood, electrocardiogram, hypertension and urinary abnormalities among petrol operators in this company is high, and the detection rate is different among the sexes. Comprehensive consideration should be given to the hazards to laborers caused by various factors and regular occupational health checks to protect the health of laborers.
