以某三甲医院为研究对象,因病历缺陷导致医疗事故在全院医疗事故占有一定比例,提高病历质量成为降低医疗赔付、提高医疗质量的重要途径。文章运用六西格玛DMAIC方法对病历中的缺陷进行系统地分析与梳理,针对导致缺陷原因,采取了相应的改进措施。结果表明:实施六个月病历缺陷数降低,病历质量控制取得明显效果。
Taking a top-three hospital as the research object, medical malpractice occupy a certain proportion in the hospital due to medical record defects, and improving the medical record quality has become an important way to reduce the medical claims and improve the medical quality. The article uses Six Sigma DMAIC method to systematically analyze and sort out the defects in the medical records, in view of the cause of the defects, take the corresponding improvement measures. The results showed that the number of medical records defects decreased after six months of implementation, and the medical records quality control achieved remarkable results.
