我们常常见到这样的情形:教师知识相仿,教育对象相近,教学内容相同,但教学效果却迥然有异。有的妙趣横生,课堂气氛活跃,教学效果甚佳;有的索然无味,课堂沉闷窒息,学生昏昏欲睡。一堂课下来。教师累,学生更累。课堂效果的好坏,受多种因素影响。但教师的语言修养,运用语言的艺术往往起着至关重要的作用。在语文课堂上,学生学习语言有两个方面的榜样。选作教材的范文是有形无声的榜样;教师语言的运用是有声无形的榜样。作为一名中学语文教师,要在语文教学中完成教学大纲规定的任务。“指导学生正确理解和运用祖国的语言文字”。教师自身就应具备较强的语言运用能力和良好的习惯。
