自从2010年进入中石油阳光国际我就一直在伊拉克分公司工作,在这两年多的学习和工作时间中,我发现建立员工之家对公司企业发展的重要性及益处。所以想在此与大家一起分享我对员工之家建立的一些粗浅的感悟和认识。
I have been working in the Iraq branch since entering CNPC Sunshine in 2010. During these more than two years of study and working hours, I found the importance and benefits of establishing a staffing house for the development of the company. So I'd like to share with you some of my superficial insights and knowledge that I have built on the staff's home.
