国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》GB-T50378-2014已于2015年1月1日起正式实施。新版绿标在修订过程中,总结了近年来我国绿色建筑评价的实践经验和研究成果,开展了多项专题研究和试评,借鉴了有关国外先进标准经验,广泛征求了有关方面意见。修订后的标准评价对象范围得到扩展,评价阶段更加明确,评价方法更加科学合理,评价指标体系更加完善,整体上具有创新性。
National Standard “Green Building Evaluation Standards” GB-T50378-2014 has been January 1, 2015 came into effect. During the revision process, the green version of the new version summarizes the practical experience and research results of China’s green building evaluation in recent years, conducted a number of special studies and evaluations, borrowed experience from foreign advanced standards and solicited opinions from relevant parties. The scope of the revised standard appraisal object is expanded, the appraisal stage is clearer, the appraisal method is more scientific and rational, the evaluation index system is more perfect and the whole is innovative.
