用生物素链霉亲和素系统 （ Ｂ Ｓ Ａ） 免疫细胞化学法 Ｃ Ｄ２ ＋ 细胞增长实验检出： 党参等５种中药均能促进外周血单个核细胞 Ｃ Ｄ２ ＋ 细胞的增长， 增长率为１１８５ ％ ～１８６９ ％ 。提示党参等几种中药有助于改善免疫功能。 Ｂ Ｓ Ａ 方法简单敏感， 重复性好。
Using the biotin-streptavidin system (B S A) immunocytochemistry C D2 + cell growth assay: 5 kinds of Chinese medicines such as Dangshen can promote the growth of C D2 + cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It is 1185 %~1869 %. It is suggested that several kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as Codonopsis can improve immune function. The B S A method is simple, sensitive, and reproducible.
