[概况] 美尼尔氏病(MD)或称特发性内淋巴积水(IELH)是内耳的一种独特疾病,主要发生于30—60岁成年人。男性发病率略高于女性。有人观察80—90％为单耳发病,Mawson认为单耳发病占70％,30％为双耳发病。一般情况下迷路的耳蜗及前庭两部分同时受侵犯,少数是两部分先后受累。据1973年统计,本病在瑞典的总发病率为46/100,000,同年美国有97,000本病患者,并以耳蜗型居多。
