编者按：市场经济的深入发展，福利分房的终结，使普通住宅成为心地产市场的消费热点。那些市场定位不准确，设计不合理的项目只能陷入困境。消费者的逐渐成熟和政府对市场管理的加强，必然迫使房地产开发商要更多地而向个体消费，有时还要求助建筑帅修改原“贪大求洋”而无市?
