目的评估心理干预对女童阴部外伤患儿家长情绪反应的疗效。方法对22例女童阴部外伤家长的情绪反应进行观察评估，并针对出现的情绪反应进行心理干预。结果22例家长的心理反应以激动愤怒型最多（72.7%），心理干预有效率为95.4%。结论女童阴部外伤后家长的心理反应较为剧烈，心理干预是减轻家长心理反应的有效措施之一。“,”Objective To evaluate the emotional response of parents of female children with perineal region trauma, and the influence to parents after psychological intervention . Methods To observe and evaluate the emotional response of parents of 22 female children with perineal region trauma, and do psychological intervention to aim directly at outstanding mental problems. Results The maximum type of psychic reaction of 22 girl's parents were agitated and angry type (72.7%), the ef ective power of psychological intervention was 95.4%. Conclusion The psychic reaction of parents is very intense after perineal region trauma of their female children. Psychological intervention is one of valid measures to lighten psychic reaction of parents.
