利用固体分散体的方法,制得了落新妇苷的制剂。通过制剂饱和溶液的紫外吸光度的测定,求出增溶效果。结果表明固体分散制剂技术成功提高了落新妇苷在水中的溶解度。
The preparation of astilbin was prepared by a method of using a solid dispersion. The solubilization effect was determined by measuring the UV absorbance of the preparation-saturated solution. The results show that the solid dispersion preparation technology successfully improves the solubility of astilbin in water.
