每年3—6月份是青海省跨省引进仔猪的关键时期。加强跨省引进仔猪监管,对于防止疫情输入,维护消费者合法权益,保障公共卫生安全和生猪养殖业发展具有重要意义。自2007年以来,我省连续7年在跨省引进仔猪的关键时期,由省农牧厅牵头,省动物卫生监督所组织开展了跨省引进仔猪专项整治行动,并健全完善了各项制度,逐步建立了跨省引进仔猪全程监管长效机制,使之成为年度例
