以新鲜沼液为接种物,研究了接种比(接种物与发酵原料TS比例)分别为1.2%、2.4%和4.8%条件下猪粪和稻秸混合干法厌氧发酵的产气特性,分析了发酵过程中日产气量、累积产气量、甲烷含量、p H、TS、SCOD的变化情况。结果表明:各处理发酵过程中均出现两次产气高峰,沼液接种处理组比对照组提前12 d迎来第二次产气高峰;接种比为1.2%的处理组平均单位TS产气率最大,达到315 m L/g-TS,分别比对照组、接种比为2.4%和4.8%的处理组高6.06%、11.31%和3.62%;各处理发酵体系稳定时甲烷含量均达到80%以上。总体来说,适量的接种物能够提高单位TS产气率,增大产气峰值,并加速产气过程,但对总产气量无显著影响。
Using fresh biogas slurry as inoculum, the gas production characteristics of pig manure and rice straw mixed with dry anaerobic fermentation under 1.2%, 2.4% and 4.8% of inoculum ratio (TS ratio of inoculum and fermentation material) were studied. The changes of daily gas production, cumulative gas production, methane content, p H, TS, SCOD in the fermentation process were analyzed. The results showed that there were two gas production peaks in each fermentation process, and the second gas production peak was reached 12 days ahead of the control group in inoculation treatment group. The average gas production rate of TS in the treatment group with inoculation ratio of 1.2% Respectively, reached the highest level of 315 m L / g-TS, which were 6.06%, 11.31% and 3.62% higher than that of the control group, respectively, when the inoculation ratio was 2.4% and 4.8% . In general, the appropriate amount of inoculum can increase unit TS gas production rate, increase gas production peak, accelerate gas production process, but have no significant effect on total gas production.
